Return Policy

No Returns accepted after 60 days from date of delivery, or in used condition. All returned and/or refused delivery items are subject to a 25% handling and restocking fee plus freight.  All customers must fill out a Return Authorization Form and receive a RA# before a return can be made.

With 3 distribution centers, one each located in Washington State, Iowa, and New Jersey, EZ-ACCESS can now deliver most of our Portable Ramps in 3 days or less.
